Correspondence
Who opens the letters
Marcus Reid, who also writes and edits everything published here. The site carries the word “we” in a few places out of habit; there is one person behind it. Mail is read in the evenings and answered within four days, sometimes the same day, never automatically.
Letters that improve the site
The most useful message anyone sends is a specific disagreement. Both games covered here have endings people read differently, and where a description here overstates a reading, saying so — with the chapter or the puzzle named — leads to the paragraph being rewritten rather than defended.
Equally useful, and duller: store facts that have drifted. Price, size, the in-app purchase label. These are re-read at every revision, but revisions happen every few weeks and a developer can change any of them on a Tuesday afternoon.
Letters that arrive at the wrong desk
A steady share of what comes in is meant for Annapurna Interactive or for Google. Refunds, download failures, a purchase made by a child, a save that vanished when a phone was replaced — none of it is reachable from here. The developer's own address is on the game's store page and is the shortest route to a person who can actually look up an account.
Publicists offering coverage, and agencies offering to place links, are also writing to the wrong desk. Nothing on this site is for sale, including its links.
Formal notices
Trademark and image complaints are dealt with as the Legal Notice describes: material comes down first and is discussed afterwards. Requests under PIPEDA about the mail you have sent are answered at the same address. No street address is printed on this site, because it would be a residential one; where service by post is genuinely required, write and it will be supplied.
